Our patent portfolio provides exclusive rights to practice the Aromatica process. The core process is described in US patent 20,160,244,704 (issued January 2019):

“…making a fermented beverage, comprising, during fermentation of a must in a fermentation vessel: passing vapors from a head space of the fermentation vessel to a condenser; condensing the vapors to produce an alcohol-containing condensate; and sequestering the condensate in a collection tank.”
